The Courtyard, a new student hostel opens in September 2023.
Designed and built to high-quality standards, our 103 double-occupancy rooms are premium-sized to offer a cool and quiet environment.
Our Sky Lounge on the rooftop offers an expansive social space for residents to hang out, socialize and enjoy fresh air, tons of study spaces, and panoramic sceneries.
The Courtyard is sustainably climate-smart:
- Our electricity is 100% solar generated with guaranteed no blackouts!
- Our water is sourced from an onsite borehole with guaranteed no water shortages!
We offer free, high-speed Wi-Fi connectivity and CCTV security monitoring.

OUR PRICING
Kshs. 12,000 is payable in full in advance per semester. This comprises a monthly rate of Kshs. 3,500 per bed occupant, and a Kshs. 1,500 refundable security deposit. The refund is subject to departing the premises in good order at the end of the semester.
All payments must be made directly to the Bank and a deposit slip presented as proof of payment.
